End User License Agreement
Effective June 7, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between LegalFenix ("LegalFenix", "we", "us") and the firm or individual ("you") who connects a QuickBooks Online account to the LegalFenix financial reporting service (the "Service"). By connecting your account, you agree to these terms.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for retrieving and reviewing your own financial reporting. The Service is provided to you in connection with the marketing and reporting work LegalFenix performs for you.
2. Scope of access
The Service connects to QuickBooks Online on a read-only basis to retrieve Profit and Loss reports. The Service does not modify your QuickBooks data and does not access payroll, personnel, or banking-credential information.
3. Your responsibilities
- You represent that you are authorized to connect the QuickBooks account you link.
- You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and your own business reporting.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own QuickBooks credentials.
4. Acceptable use
You will not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, gain unauthorized access to, or misuse the Service or the systems it runs on, and you will not use it to violate any applicable law or Intuit's terms.
5. Data
Data accessed through the Service is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that report data will be complete or accurate, as it depends on the data in your QuickBooks account and on Intuit's APIs.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegalFenix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by disconnecting the Service from your QuickBooks settings. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. Upon termination we stop accessing your QuickBooks account; stored data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
